Its Been Ages

Yeah, long time no update. Eh, whatever. Alright, so I am without a scanner right now, so I can't add anything visual at the moment, which sucks, because I actually do have things to add. Ce'la vie. In the meantime though, since I can't do the visual thing, I am going to start bringing up some of my older poetry that isn't yet on here, as well as a lot of my new stuff.  I have been turning it all into a digital format anyways while working on my book of poetry, so why not bring it up on here as well, so you guy can check it out. I am off to National Portfolio Day in Pasadena in a little under an hour and I am nervous as all hell.  I am showing my work again to resecure my place at SFAI and also to try and get back in the running for a scholarship, which I desperately need to be able to go school there. I don't know if I have done enough since the last time I saw them or if my stuff is still good enough for them, Well I will know when I see them later today...till then I will be biting my nails in anticipation.

Oh Yeah! Poisal rox his own sox! So I went to the interview expecting to get the same kind of responses that I got at NPDA, "This is nice, but we want some more", "What is your focus?", etc. but instead I got to have this awesome conversation with a student that is currently at SFAI, and I got my portfolio reviewed by the head of the Design + Technology Department, and he loved it! We got into a really awesome conversation about my realist work reflecting my conceptualized ideals, an hour long convo about Jack Kerouac, and spoke a lot about the mixing of my written and drawn work, using more text and print in my artwork.  It was awesome, and
